WARRANTY POLICY

VDLPOWER gives you the most perfect after-sales service, and the warranty we provide to our customers in no way affects the warranty provided by law. 

 

1.Warranty period
24 months

 

2.Warranty start time
from the date of delivery of the product to the customer

 

3.WARRANTY COVERAGE
Only for quality-related problems, man-made as well as damage brought by the outside world is not part of the scope.
All replacement products are not entitled to a new warranty period, which is consistent with the warranty period of the original defective item. That the warranty on the product is void after a full refund has been made.

The warranty is limited to orders purchased from this website and is not valid for items shipped from other VDLPOWER sales sites or platforms.

 

4 Conditions That Do NOT Qualify for Warranty

1. Damage or malfunction resulting from failure to follow the instructions for use, maintenance, or adjustment outlined in the Instruction Manual.
2. Issues caused by unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification by the user, or non-compliance with the prescribed usage guidelines.
Damage caused by improper use, inadequate storage, or accidents.
Repair costs incurred at unauthorized repair shops without prior approval.
3. Minor scratches or damage to the outer packaging during logistics or transportation of accessories are not covered under warranty.
Items returned without prior written approval from us will not be accepted or refunded. Please contact us to obtain written consent before sending back any items.

 

5.WARRANTY PROCESS

1.The buyer must provide a valid proof of purchase, including an order number or sales invoice.
2.Visible proof describing the product defect, such as pictures, videos, is required.
3.Items may need to be returned for fault checking.

6.NOTE
For faulty products requested to be returned, if the buyer returns the wrong product to VDLPOWER, or does not return the faulty product, the warranty we offer will be void.
